2025 Open House

Join us at BNP @ the cobblestone for our winter Open House – a morning dedicated to connection, collaboration and community. Meet BNP members from a wide variety of businesses, industries and professional services, and take this opportunity to expand your network, discover what’s happening across Buffalo Niagara and share your own story.

As part of the Open House, we’ll proudly unveil The Rally Point – a striking wall of recognition that celebrates the believers, doers and go-getters powering Buffalo Niagara's future. Featuring nearly 100 member logos – with plenty of room for more – The Rally Point showcases our top Visionary, Leader, Investor and Connector level members whose vision, investment and commitment are driving economic growth.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour BNP @ the cobblestone, meet the BNP staff and learn more about the programs and initiatives designed to support your organization, including:

  • Extensive networking opportunities throughout the year
  • Professional development programs that support your leaders at every stage of their careers
  • Industry Leaders Forums – an exclusive opportunity that unites local executives and key-decision makers from key sectors to share strategies and solutions
  • Advocacy initiatives that keep members informed and engaged on issues that matter most

Open House agenda:

  • 8-9 a.m.: Networking and refreshments
  • 9-9:15 a.m.: Unveiling of The Rally Point
  • 9:15-10 a.m.: Additional networking

Immediately following the Open House, attendees are welcome to stay for an informational session from 10-11 a.m. about New York State's Secure Choice Savings Program.

Gov. Kathy Hochul recently announced the launch of the Secure Choice Savings Program, a state-sponsored retirement savings vehicle for private-sector employees who lack access to a retirement plan at work.

Under this new requirement, employers must register and facilitate employee participation if they:

  • Had at least 10 employees in the previous calendar year
  • Have been in business for at least two years
  • Do not offer a qualified retirement plan

This session will feature a panel of financial planning and payroll professionals who will help employers understand the program, prepare for compliance and identify best practices for implementation on this important policy development.
