This is a hands-on session. To get the most out of the workshop, attendees are encouraged to come prepared with the following:
1. Your AI toolThis workshop is hands on, so you’ll be learning and applying all at once. Come prepared with access to an AI tool that's approved for use at your organization. We typically work with Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, but any tool will be fine. If you don't have one approved yet, check internally or pick one before we meet.
If you run into access issues, we can help troubleshoot them during the workshop. Whether you are completely new to AI or already an experienced user, the session is designed to meet you where you are.
Please remember: Do not enter confidential, sensitive, proprietary, or organization-restricted information into any AI tool during the session.
2. Bring a “Friction Point”
Think of one process or task in your day-to-day work that slows you down—something repetitive, tedious, time-consuming, or simply frustrating.
During the workshop, we’ll explore how AI can help organize, automate, simplify, or streamline that work. One example is all you need.
