In my role as Membership Manager at the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, I focus on engaging prospective members, guiding them through the membership process, and aligning their business goals with the appropriate membership tiers and benefits. I manage both inbound leads and proactive outreach, sharing the history and value of the Partnership while identifying opportunities to best support each organization. I also maintain a portfolio of current members, prioritizing engagement, retention, and strategic growth to ensure they are maximizing the value of their membership.

Fundraising and Sponsorship Manager

In this role, I lead sponsorship sales and revenue-generating event strategy across the Buffalo Niagara Partnership’s programming and strategic initiatives. I collaborate with the Membership, Marketing, and Events teams to drive engagement, strengthen partnerships, and advance BNP’s revenue goals.

Manager, SMART I-Corridor External Affairs

As Manager, SMART-I Corridor External Affairs, I lead communications and external engagement for the NY SMART I-Corridor, a federally designated Tech Hub accelerating semiconductor innovation and manufacturing across Upstate New York. I manage the Tech Hub’s digital presence, craft messaging that showcases our impact, and coordinate with elected officials, industry leaders, and regional partners to advance our mission. I also support government affairs to ensure the NY SMART I-Corridor’s growth aligns with both national and regional priorities.

As President and Chief Operating Officer, I am responsible for developing and advancing the BNP’s economic development, workforce, and government relations initiatives. With government experience at the federal, state and local level, I work to ensure government leaders and decision-makers know what is important to our members, and the policies we need to grow private sector investment and economic opportunity in Buffalo Niagara.

In this role, I partner with employers and workforce training organizations through the NY SMART I-Corridor Tech Hub to strengthen and re-define the talent pipeline in the semiconductor ecosystem. I focus on solving workforce challenges, removing barriers to employment, and supporting effective retention efforts.
