The 2025 Development & Construction Industry Leaders Forum 

Real estate markets have changed profoundly since March 2020, and commercial/office space vacancy continues to rise. In Buffalo Niagara, years of significant economic progress could be jeopardized at a time when more investment is needed.

How can our regional developers and employers find collective strategies to reengage and reimagine current spaces, especially in the downtown commercial districts? 

How can we physically repurpose both commercial and residential spaces to be more sustainable and best positioned for the future?

On January 16, join the BNP’s Development & Construction Industry Leaders Forum (ILF) for discussion of these questions and a conversation focused on how the sector can work together to find shared solutions.

Sustainability is the central theme for all 2025 ILFs. Our sessions will focus on comprehensive sustainability strategies as well as topics that are most relevant to each individual sector. We look forward to kicking off the 2025 series with the Development & Construction ILF.
