The BNP’s annual Industry Leaders Forum (ILF) calendar culminates with the October 9 Economic Development Summit. This year’s event includes a 2026 financial forecast from Bank of America, a discussion led by Stephen McAllister, VP-Eastern Region at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the presentation of the third annual Industry Leader Award.

This year’s Economic Development Summit will feature: 

• A 2026 financial forecast presented by Bank of America 
• A discussion led by Stephen McAllister, VP – Eastern Region, U.S. Chamber of Commerce on how the Trump Administration’s new policies are impacting businesses.   
• The presentation of the third annual Industry Leader Award to Donna DeCarolis 

We are honored to recognize Donna, the recently retired president of National Fuel Gas, as the 2025 Industry Leader Award recipient. Donna’s career exemplifies leadership, dedication and impact – not only for her company and industry, but for the Buffalo Niagara region as a whole.
