Get The Results: Employing DEI in WNY - 2022 Assessment results

The Buffalo Niagara Partnership helps WNY employers build more diverse and inclusive workplace cultures via programs, services and the sharing of best practices. In 2020 BNP conducted an inaugural Employing DEI in WNY Assessment 2020 served as a benchmark to see how WNY companies approach and measure diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

The 2022 update will answer the question, Has the Buffalo Niagara Community improved its DEI practices at work? Join us on October 18 to find out as we take a deep dive into the results and explore where Buffalo Niagara employers are today and what progress has been made since 2020. The webinar will review: Progress in employer-led diversity, equity, and inclusion practices since 2020 A snapshot of how WNY companies currently approach D&I across the region Actionable takeaways for your company to advance your D&I initiatives The full report will be made available on our website after the webinar event.
