Description

University at Buffalo

You are invited to a panel discussion featuring experts discussing the future of our region as a leader in the semiconductor sector.

A $40 million Federal Regional Tech Hub grant has set the stage to transform the Buffalo-Rochester-Syracuse region—with UB playing a critical role—into a global hub for workforce training, innovation and manufacturing of semiconductor technology.

UB leadership and alumni will discuss their collective vision for the continued transformation of our region from rust belt to America's tech hub. You'll also learn how you and your company can get involved.

Panelists:
Anath Iyer, Dean, School of Management
Dottie Gallagher, MBA '07, CEO and President, Buffalo Niagara Partnership
Joseph Stefko, PhD '03, MA '99, BA '97, President and CEO, OneROC

Following the panel discussion there will be time for networking. Complimentary appetizers and drinks will be available.
