Are your managers focused on the technical responsibilities rather than leadership activities? Are they unsure what their teams need to accomplish their work and remain engaged? This is not unusual as most managers are promoted based on their success as an individual contributor, not on leadership potential.

Leading People+ is a leadership development program that equips managers with skills and strategies to engage and unleash the knowledge, expertise, independence, and performance of their direct reports.

Developed by GP Strategies®, Leading People+ is based on research and experience, and is supported by its proven success with hundreds of leading companies worldwide.

The program incorporates a continuous learning model. Participants will complete a 180 degree leadership assessment and Everything DiSC Management profile before the session and use this "data" throughout the program. We will engage in learning content, small group activities, and peer coaching throughout the two, onsite days. Following the session, participants will have access to the Leading People+ portal to view videos, content, models, and the 180 assessment tool for the rest of their career to support future development.
