Description

Employees at all levels play a huge role in fostering a more positive workplace and a better overall working environment. Positive work environments have been proven to be more productive, have higher engagement levels, and higher retention rates. Furthermore, positive work environments have been shown to have less occupational stress and sickness, which reduces the overall benefit costs for employers. This workshop outlines the impact of our words, actions and behaviors towards creating a more positive and respectful environment at work.
