Presented by Rich Gold, President and Chief Operating Officer of M&T Bank, Western New York’s only Fortune 500 company
Learn how to apply principles of Organizational Behavior Management to create more positive, productive work environments.
The audience will develop an understanding of why people do what they do and learn how to apply that understanding to developing and maintaining systems that support organizational objectives and ensure positive outcomes. The seminar has two primary objectives.
- To create a deeper understanding of human behavior. An organization’s culture is defined by the behaviors of the individuals within that organization. Understanding why individual behavior increases, decreases, or ceases altogether is crucial for managers seeking to optimize organizational performance
- To learn how to build performance management systems that support what we know about human behavior
