2024 Industry Leaders Forum – Hospitality & Tourism
Tech constantly evolves, affecting every industry and business. The hospitality and tourism industry is no exception, with digital innovations shaping the guest experience well before they even book their trip or make reservations.
The 2024 BNP Industry Leaders Forum (ILF) dialogue will revolve around the application of technology and its impact on our region including Buffalo’s recent Regional Tech Hub designation by the federal government, how we market Western New York to a national and global audience, the health of our start-up ecosystem, and the importance of industry-specific platforms.
Join us for the February 22nd Hospitality & Tourism ILF for a discussion on Travel Tech: Emerging trends for today’s hospitality experience.
Our Speakers
John Percy, President & CEO of Destination Niagara Falls USA, will discuss how data aggregation can lead digital marketing campaigns, from the first ad-click through the complete travel itinerary.
Patrick Kaler, President & CEO of Visit Buffalo Niagara, will discuss how a full and updated digital platform can help the region, and individual businesses/attractions, build awareness and drive more revenue.
Gary Siddall, President & CEO of the Buffalo Society of Natural Sciences, will discuss the balance between digital marketing and the creation of unique cultural and natural experiences for visitors and locals.
The BNP will also provide a Government Affairs Report to keep Hospitality & Tourism leaders updated on our advocacy work at all levels of government.
