Founded by Kathleen Martino, a senior disaster recovery leader with more than 40 years of experience, the firm specializes in FEMA Public Assistance strategy, denied-claim recovery, appeals, compliance governance, and portfolio execution.

Kathleen Martino has led disaster recovery efforts across multiple federally declared events nationwide. Since 2020, she has served in a senior leadership role on New York State’s DR-4480 COVID-19 recovery portfolio, directing work for 97 applicants across 340+ projects and contributing to more than $400 million in FEMA Public Assistance funding for hospitals, public schools, and nonprofit organizations in Western New York.
