In recognition of Heart Awareness Month, we’d like to invite you to a special Stroke Awareness & Heart-Healthy Tasting event at Garden Gate Health Care Facility, focused on education, prevention, and heart-healthy living.
This engaging afternoon will feature guest speaker Dr. Kathy O’Leary, a stroke survivor and anesthesiologist at Roswell Park, who will share insights on stroke awareness, prevention, and the importance of heart health. Guests will also enjoy a heart-healthy food tasting along with recipes to take home. 📧
