Mr. Downing has a long-standing commitment to Western New York which is evident in how Frank lives his life and supports the people in this community. His commitment and ongoing involvement have had a tremendous and positive impact in the lives of the people we serve. With Frank’s help and continued support, we look forward to the future and more amazing results for the youth of Western New York. Please join us as we honor Frank Downing, Jr. with this award.
