The Buffalo Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) was founded in 1921, and through the years it has played an important role in the engineering community. The vision of ASCE recognizes engineers as global leaders building a better quality of life. Its mission is to provide essential value to its members, their careers, our partners, and the public through developing leadership, advancing technology, advocating lifelong learning and promoting the profession.
