Our mission is to create a welcoming community for Black professionals in Western New York.  We host different events where members can connect, enjoy various social activities, network, and HAVE FUN!  All Organizers do their best to create a safe space where all feel embraced for being their authentic selves (e.g. - ain't nobody gotta code switch if they don't feel inclined to do so).
